Here’s why you want to eat SWEET POTATOES:
Sweet potatoes help to starve out unproductive bacteria and fungi (like mold) that camp out in your stomach, small intensive or colon.
If you have fair skin and eat a sweet potato daily, before long, your skin will take on a glow, as if it’s been sun kissed.
Sweet potatoes promote healthy hormone functioning. And, they provide a specific form of glucose that stimulates neurotransmitters which aid in the ability to sleep soundly.
They’re helpful if you experience anxiety, depression, IBS, eczema, psoriasis, hot flashes, scaly skin or weight gain.
And, when you need some coddling, a sweet potato has comforting properties that give you the sensation of feeling safe and soothed, like you’re getting a hug even when there’s no one around to give you one. This helps you to gain strength to deal with difficult times.
